Linerfree TAC
Linerfree TAC (LFT) is a unique product in our range. It is a self-adhesive material without a release liner (linerless) and with an adhesive layer on the back. What makes Linerfree TAC unique is that it only sticks to itself. This is possible thanks to the reaction that occurs when the two adhesive layers come into contact with each other. Linerfree TAC can be custom-produced with different types of paper and adhesive. The application determines the choice.
Because LFT does not adhere to other surfaces, such as containers, crates and floors, transport equipment and the distribution center remain free of contamination: no release liner waste and no adhesive or label residue. The combination of these properties means that Linerfree TAC offers many advantages for distribution centers, the beverage industry and other logistics applications.

Linerfree TAC label material has been approved by Toshiba Tec Netherlands for use on their BX410T and BX610T label printers.
Advantages of combining a BX410T or BX610T printer with LFT:
- LFT runs smoothly through the printer thanks to near-edge printing technology, in which the print head is positioned at an angle.
- Printing goes faster than on printers with flathead technology.
- Excellent scanning and readability. A short contact time and concentrated heat transfer ensure high blackening is achieved.
- No jams as the head lift function prevents (nuisance from) adhesive residues.
