BOPP

BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) is a versatile and widely used film for packaging. It is known for its clarity, high tensile strength and tear resistance. These properties make BOPP a suitable material for various packaging applications. The film is produced via a biaxial process, in which the material is stretched both lengthwise and widthwise.

BOPP is flexible. This flexibility makes the BOPP grades supplied by IPP suitable for various packaging formats, including stand-up pouches and bags. In addition, the film is excellent for printing. Various barriers can be added to the film to make it moisture- or grease-resistant, among other things. We do this by applying a coating or laminate to the material.
