BOPET

BOPET (Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a type of film widely used for packaging because of its strength, transparency and dimensional stability. It is produced through a biaxial process, in which the material is stretched both lengthwise and widthwise. This gives it a high tensile strength and makes the film strong and durable.

With BOPET, you create a packaging that is easy for consumers to use. The film retains its shape and size under different temperature and humidity conditions and optimises the quality and freshness of the packaged products. IPP offers BOPET grades with various barriers to make them grease-resistant, sterile or anti-condensation. We do this by applying a coating or laminate to the material.
